By participating in our events, you agree that we may take photographs or videos of you and your avatar for promotional or educational purposes. Notify us before the event if you do not want to be photographed, but we cannot guarantee that you will not be. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of these materials by third parties and you will hold us harmless for any such misuse.
